FAQ
Where will the photography session be?
I like to photograph couples at an outside of location. The sessions are more relaxes and its easier to just have fun rather than being set up and posed in a studio environment. You can pick from a Beach, park or forest outdoor setting or if there is a location significant to you let me know and we will make it happen.
Do you do ' At Home' couple sessions?
Yes, I do. Lifestyle Couple sessions are a lot of fun! We can take photos of you in your home environment, you playing/cooking in the kitchen, on the lounge, your bedroom, out in the backyard, etc. These have a lot of meaning and are just fantastic! There will be a travel charge if you are over a 30km radius from the studio.
How long does the couple session take?
Couple sessions take anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on ehich session you book. I find 60mins is perfect as it gives you time to get comfortable and relax into the sesssion
Do we need to do our hair and makeup?
I suggest you do your own hair and makeup as if you were going out to a nice dinner. This way it is natural and still looks like you. However, if you would rather someone else do it I do have a hair and makeup artist you definitely can.
When do we choose our images?
Within 14 days I will send you an online gallery to your email where you can choose your final edited images.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images you receive will depend on the collection you choose.
Can I receive my images unedited/'RAW'?
No. The subtle editing that I do to your images is part of my artistic style & therefore I am unable to supply unedited files, as is the case with all respected professional photographers.
Do I receive all images taken on the day?
No. I sort through your images and pick the best images from the day. Depending on what collection you chose this could be anywhere from 20-30 images.
What is the turn-around time?
After choosing your images on your online gallery, your images will be ready in 1-2 weeks or 4-6 weeks if you have printed products.
Do we have to pay a deposit to make a booking?
Yes. We are very busy and only take a certain amount of bookings per month so to lock in your allocated month we need a non-refundable booking fee. This is 50% of the collection price you decide to choose. Payment will be made via PayPal when booking your time slot in our calendar.
When and how do we have to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is required to be paid 24 hours prior to your session. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, cash or credit card (please note: there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions).

I only take a certain amount of bookings per month so once you decide you want these photos. The best thing to do is to book your session asap! My weekends quickly book out with weddings so availability is very limited.
