- Book your time slot and pay your session fee
- Fill in the questionnaire (you will get it via email after the booking)
- Kayla will arrange a 30 mins Zoom call to cover any questions, provide guidance and become acquainted before your session.
- On the day, you will arrive 15 mins prior to your shoot to make sure you are ready to go
- Photo session with me coaching you through specific poses, so you can shine with confidence
- Unedited proof images will be sent to you via the online gallery within 7 days of your shoot
- Select your included images for retouching, and add on any extras
- Pay for any additional photos you’ve chosen
- Retouched images uploaded to your private online gallery, ready for download

What's the difference between a headshot and a personal branding shoot?
A headshot focuses on capturing an individual’s head and shoulders, while a personal branding shoot is a more comprehensive photo shoot that aims to capture a person’s brand image and story. A personal branding shoot will include a variety of settings and outfit changes to capture the individual’s unique style and personality.
What should I wear for my headshot or personal branding shoot?
It’s best to wear something that represents your personal brand or the image you want to project to your audience. Solid colors are usually preferred over busy patterns. It’s a good idea to bring a few different outfit options and consult with the photographer or stylist on which would work best. I normally suggest a suit or formal outfit, a blazer and multiple jackets to change up your outfit easily, something you would wear to dinner, something casual, a dress, jeans and a t shirt, the options are endless.
How long does the photo shoot take?
The length of a photo shoot can vary depending on the package you select and the number of outfits or settings you choose. Typically, a headshot session can take between 30 minutes to an hour, while a personal branding shoot may take several hours.
How many outfit changes are included in the photo shoot?
This varies depending on the package you select. Some photo shoot packages include multiple outfit changes, while others may only include one or two.
Can I bring props with me?
Yes, we love props! Depending on the shoot you have selected and the time we have this will decide on the amount of props we have time for. Props can include, products you sell/use, confetti, champagne or alcohol, glasses, phones, laptops etc.
Can you help me with posing and expression during the shoot?
es, I will be talking to you the whole time providing direction on posing and expression during the shoot. I will provide guidance on how to stand, where to look, and how to convey a particular emotion or message. Our shoots are a lot of fun, we will laugh a lot to help create the fun and emotion of your brand.
When do we choose our images?
Within 7 days I will send you an online gallery to your email where you can choose your final edited images.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images you receive will depend on the collection you choose.
Can you retouch my photos?
Yes, all images will come retouched enhance the final images. This includes skin smoothing, color correction, teeth whitening and other minor adjustments.
Can I receive my images unedited/'RAW'?
No. The subtle editing that I do to your images is part of my artistic style & therefore I am unable to supply unedited files, as is the case with all respected professional photographers.
Do I receive all images taken on the day?
No. I sort through your images and pick the best images from the day. Depending on what collection you chose this could be anywhere from 20-30 images.
What is the turn-around time?
After choosing your images on your online gallery, your images will be ready in 1-2 weeks or 4-6 weeks if you have printed products.
Do we have to pay a deposit to make a booking?
Yes. We are very busy and only take a certain amount of bookings per month so to lock in your allocated month we need a non-refundable booking fee. This is 50% of the collection price you decide to choose. Payment will be made via PayPal when booking your time slot in our calendar.
When and how do we have to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is required to be paid 24 hours prior to your session. Editing will not start until we have received full payment. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, cash or credit card (please note: there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions).
